Mia Teehan, LMFT is an Illinois native and a proud University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumni. Mia graduated with her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She holds a certificate in Medical Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she learned how to provide clients collaborative and integrative care along with their medical professionals. Mia is also licensed in the states of Illinois and Nebraska. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).
