Zoe Myers, ALMFT is a Central Illinois native and graduated with master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She also holds a certificate in Medical Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she learned how to help clients bridge the mind/body connection while working with their medical professionals. She is trained in both EMDR and Narrative Exposure Therapy.
